Those with loads of vacation money and no place to go may be happy to learn that the rebuilding project on Richard Branson's private island is almost done.

The mansion on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands was all but destroyed by a 2011 fire that also endangered the lives of his 20 guests.

Soon, a massive and luxurious house located on it will once again open its doors to vacationers with lush budgets -- 60 thousand dollars a night lush.

In addition to having your own island to frolic around on, up to 36 people can fit comfortably in the mansion and six smaller individual abodes that surround it.

Each of the 8 bedrooms in the main house has a private balcony.

The lucky duck who gets the 1500 square foot master suite can enjoy 360 degree island views, a fully stocked fridge, and an outdoor bath.

The official re-opening will take place in September.
